By participating in the Drone Optics Training Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this No Liability Policy carefully before enrolling in the training program.

 

1. Safety First:

Participants in the Drone Optics Training Program are expected to prioritize safety at all times. Drone Optics shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the failure to adhere to safety guidelines provided during the training.

 

2. Equipment Responsibility:

Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of the training equipment provided by Drone Optics. Any damages to the training units, including but not limited to drones and related accessories, caused by negligence or misuse, will not be the liability of Drone Optics.

 

3. Office Space Protection:

Participants must exercise caution and care when operating drones within office spaces designated for training. Any damages to office property, including but not limited to furniture, equipment, or infrastructure, shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.

 

4. Indemnification:

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Drone Optics, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the participant's actions during the Drone Optics Training Program.

 

5. Insurance:

It is recommended that participants have their own insurance coverage for personal injuries and damage to property that may occur during the training program. Drone Optics does not provide insurance coverage for participants.

 

6. Assumption of Risk:

Participants understand and acknowledge that drone training involves inherent risks. By participating in the Drone Optics Training Program, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the training activities and release Drone Optics from any liability.

 

7. Modifications:

Drone Optics reserves the right to modify or update this No Liability Policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the training program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

By enrolling in the Drone Optics Training Program, you signify your understanding and agreement to this No Liability Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from participating in the training program.
